Milwaukee, WI- Colectivo Coffee Roasters announced today that it plans to open a new location in Madison at 836 Williamson Street in fall of 2025.
Milwaukee-based Colectivo Coffee is known for its distinct cafe spaces, bright patios, signature coffee drinks and made from scratch food. The cafe will offer a full menu of Colectivo signature espresso drinks, coffee and cold brew on tap, all-day breakfast, freshly prepared sandwiches and homemade bakery items. It will be approximately 2100 square feet with indoor seating for 60 and outdoor seating for 25. The café will be located within Irwin—a vibrant new development in the heart of Williamson Street, which is expected to fully deliver in July 2025.

Colectivo first arrived in Madison in 2013 and has been part of the city's coffee community ever since. Today, guests can visit our cafés on the Capitol Square, Monroe Street, State Street and soon Williamson Street, each offering freshly roasted coffee, handcrafted espresso drinks, all-day breakfast and house-made bakery items.
